Amnesty International has described Russian airstrikes in Syria as "war crimes"
MOSCOW, December 23. /TASS/. The Kremlin has no information on the credibility of the report of the Amnesty International human rights organization that has described some Russian airstrikes in Syria as "war crimes."
"We have no information on such possible incidents and on the credibility of these allegations," Russia’s presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday, adding that the Kremlin has not yet seen the report.
Peskov said it is up to the Russian Defense Ministry to speak on this issue during its regular briefings for the journalists. "These are details linked to holding the operation, and only the defense ministry has full information."
