MOSCOW, December 11. /TASS/. Former Yukos head Mikhail Khodorkovsky will not comment on the statement by the Russian Investigative Committee (IC) on charging him in absentia with organizing two murders, Khodorkovsky’s press secretary Kulle Pispanen told TASS on Friday.

"There will be no reaction from Mikhail Borisovich (Khodorkovsky)," Pispanen said adding that he repeatedly stated he "will not participate in this farce of law enforcers in the legal framework."

"If they like to play these games and charge Khodorkovsky again and again every day, let them have fun. There will be no further actions. We are just watching in confusion where the world is heading," the press secretary noted.
