MOSCOW, November 23. /TASS/. Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev will on November 23-25 pay working visits to Angola and South Africa, the council said.
"Nikolay Patrushev will hold a number of meetings and talks in Luanda and Pretoria on ensuring international security," the report says.
The talks will be held on an instruction from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
