MOSCOW, November 19 /TASS/. Russia does not have information on concrete organizers and perpetrators of a terror attack on the Russian A321 plane, which crashed over the Sinai Peninsula after a bomb explosion onboard early on October 31, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said on Thursday.

"We do not have information on concrete perpetrators. That is why we called on our foreign partners to share this information with us," she said when asked whether the Russian Foreign Ministry knew who exactly stood behind the plane crash.

"It is necessary to find these people. There is no doubt that they are linked to international terrorism," Zakharova added.
