BRUSSELS, November 6. /TASS/. Brussels has no plans to discuss European security architecture with Russia and the US, foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said at a press conference in Warsaw, where she participated in talks between the foreign ministers of Ukraine and Poland.

"We already have [a] European security architecture in place," the top EU diplomat noted, adding that "NATO and the EU both have their respective roles."

She demanded that the EU participate in talks with the US and Russia on Ukraine. Kallas did not explain who could speak on behalf of the EU or on what basis.

Earlier, sources in Brussels confirmed that the EU has "neither a negotiator, nor a negotiating position, nor a mandate" for talks with Russia and the US.
