MOSCOW, November 6. /TASS/. Air defenses intercepted and destroyed 142 Ukrainian drones over Russian regions and the waters of the Black and Azov Seas overnight, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

A resident of the Adygea Region was injured by pieces of a drone that crashed. Falling UAV debris also caused a fire on the premises of an enterprise in the Krasnodar Region.

- Air defense forces on alert intercepted and destroyed 142 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles over Russian regions during the night, the Defense Ministry said.

- The drones were shot down over the Kursk, Belgorod, Tula, Oryol, Rostov, Astrakhan, Moscow, and Krasnodar Regions, as well as the Republic of Crimea and over the waters of the Black and Azov Seas.

- Air defenses destroyed more than 15 drones over Rostov-on-Don, Taganrog and the Azovsky, Dubovsky, Zernogradsky, Kamensky, Millerovsky, Myasnikovsky and Neklinovsky districts of the Rostov Region, Governor Yury Slyusar said on his Max channel.

Aftermath

- A man was injured by falling drone debris in the village of Shendzhiy in Adygea, the region's head, Murat Kumpilov, said on his Max channel.

- He was treated at the scene and does not require hospitalization.

- Drone debris also damaged a car and windows in three private homes.

- Near the settlement of Enem, drone debris severed power lines.

- In Enem, drone debris also punctured the roof of an unused warehouse.

- A fire broke out on the premises of an enterprise in the settlement of Afipsky in the Krasnodar Region, the regional crisis response center reported on Telegram.

- No one was injured.

- Emergency responders are working at the scene.

- Drone fragments also damaged windows in an apartment in a low-rise multifamily building, the center added.

- A Gorlovka resident was injured in a Ukrainian drone attack in the Tsentralno-Gorodskoy District, city district head Ivan Prikhodko said on Telegram.

- He added that an attack in the city's Kalininsky District damaged a business's infrastructure.

- A garbage truck belonging to the regional waste management operator was damaged in a Ukrainian military drone attack in the Kherson Region, the regional Natural Resources Ministry said.

- According to the operator, the driver and crew members were unharmed.

- They left the vehicle in time and followed established procedures.

- The truck sustained serious technical damage and can no longer be used.

- Residential buildings were damaged in Ukrainian military attacks in the Novokakhovsky City District of the Kherson Region, acting district head Vladimir Oganesov said.
