WASHINGTON, November 5. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin personally gave all the necessary instructions to ensure the successful implementation of the ceasefire, Russian presidential special representative for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries Kirill Dmitriev said.

"President Putin personally gave all of the necessary instructions to ensure the successful implementation of the local ceasefire in Alyoshki. Ukrainian side abided by ceasefire, and this humanitarian mission shows what can be achieved when compassion, determination, and cooperation come together", Dmitriev said at an event at the White House attended by US First Lady Melania Trump and Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova.
