MOSCOW, November 5. /TASS/. Finland’s hostile stance on nuclear cooperation with France is a cause for concern for Russia, and Moscow will take this into account in its military planning, Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told reporters.

"Of course, such an aggressive and hostile stance cannot fail to cause us concern. We will take into account the risks this creates, including within the framework of targeted military-political planning. We will continue to closely monitor any unfriendly steps taken by Helsinki, including those related to the French initiative. Depending on the specific measures implemented, we will respond accordingly," she noted.
