MOSCOW, November 5. /TASS/. The Kiev regime is exterminating the Ukrainian people through its punitive forces, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.

"The Kiev regime does not need its strongest and most physically fit punitive personnel in the trenches. It needs those who are most robust and resilient, those who have undergone specialized training, patrolling the streets of Ukrainian cities, including Kiev and the surrounding region, as well as villages and rural communities. Their task is not to fight imaginary enemies, but to target their own people - Ukrainians," she said at a news briefing, referring to a torture facility near Kiev.

"Who instructed these thugs to target Ukrainians? The Kiev regime, the administration on Bankovaya Street, and Vladimir Zelensky personally," Zakharova stressed.

According to Zakharova, Zelensky receives billions of dollars from Western countries for actions that "will ultimately be recognized as genuine genocide committed by the Kiev regime, under Zelensky’s leadership, against the Ukrainian people."

"This is no longer simply a matter of suppressing dissent; it is the extermination of the Ukrainian people by the Kiev regime," Zakharova asserted.

"The current Ukrainian authorities have absolutely no regard for anything, including the fate of future generations," she added, citing the case of "a 14-year-old boy, tortured and emaciated, who was also being held in a basement" near Kiev.
