VIENNA, November 3. /TASS/. Civilian employees of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) are being deliberately targeted by Ukrainian troops, Russian Permanent Representative to the Vienna-based international organizations Mikhail Ulyanov said, commenting on the death of another employee in a Ukrainian drone attack.

"The Ukrainian Armed Forces are literally hunting down the plant’s civilian staff," he wrote on X.

The ZNPP reported earlier that two civilians, including a woman who worked at the plant, were killed in a Ukrainian drone attack on their car. This was the third ZNPP employee to have been killed in Ukraine’s attacks in the past two weeks.
