MOSCOW, November 3. /TASS/. Moscow considers Pyongyang’s measures to strengthen its security entirely lawful and justified in the current circumstances, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in a statement.
"In the current circumstances, we regard Pyongyang’s measures to strengthen its security and defense capabilities as entirely lawful and justified, and fully consistent with the right to self-defense enshrined in the UN Charter," she noted.
