MOSCOW, November 2. /TASS/. The humanitarian mission to Alyoshki in the Kherson Region was preceded by many months of difficult negotiations and preparations, Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova said at a press conference.
"Our humanitarian mission took place on the 30th [of October], but <...> it was preceded by very long months of complex negotiations and preparations. Most importantly, I want to say that the humanitarian mission had a single goal - to deliver humanitarian aid to those who need it, and to ensure that those who expressed a desire to leave the combat zone were given the opportunity to do so as safely as possible," Lantratova emphasized.
