KRASNODAR, November 1. /TASS/. The evacuees from the city of Alyoshki in the Kherson Region have been accommodated at a health resort in Russia’s southern Krasnodar Region, the regional administration said on its Telegram channel.

"Residents of Alyoshki in the Kherson Region were received in the Krasnodar Region. A temporary accommodation center was organized for them at one of the health resorts. Special attention was given to people with limited mobility who require constant assistance," it said.

According to the administration, the resort features two-, three-, and four-bed rooms, features a dining hall, a store, a children's playground, and sports facilities. The facility has its own boiler house and standby power generators. People can stay there with their pets.

Russia and Ukraine agreed on a US First Lady Melania Trump-mediated ceasefire in Alyoshki to carry out a humanitarian operation. The ceasefire in the area came into force at 4:00 a.m. Moscow time (1:00 a.m. GMT) on October 27 to prepare and conduct the humanitarian operation in the city. A humanitarian mission was carried out on October 30. Several dozen tons of humanitarian aid - food, hygiene and sanitation products, fuels for power generators, and other daily essentials - were handed out to the city residents, Lantratova said. All those willing to leave the city were given the opportunity to evacuate either to Russia or to Ukraine.
