MOSCOW, October 31. /TASS/. Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) is acting on a US warning about preparations for a terrorist attack in Moscow, the agency told TASS.

"We have received information from the US through established channels of cooperation about preparations for a terrorist attack in Moscow. Appropriate action is underway," the FSB said.

Earlier, the US Embassy in Russia posted a warning on its website about a credible threat of an incident that could cause casualties at Moscow’s Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve on October 31. It urged people to stay away from the area and avoid crowds.

The museum-reserve’s grounds are temporarily closed, emergency response services told TASS.
