MOSCOW, October 29. /TASS/. Moscow is ready to share its expertise in digitalizing elections with African countries to help boost confidence in the electoral system, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a plenary session of the third Russia-Africa summit.

"We have a strong track record of using digital technologies in elections. They greatly increase public confidence in election results. We are ready to share our expertise with you," he said.

Putin emphasized that digitalization has applications across all sectors and can significantly improve the quality of work in various industries.
