Dmitry Peskov pointed out that Moscow regularly hears statements from European capitals calling for continued pressure on Russia
MOSCOW, October 28. /TASS/. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said he believes that European politicians who recognize the need for dialogue with Russia should be supported.
The Kremlin spokesman noted that Moscow regularly hears statements from European capitals calling for continued pressure on Russia.
"If, against this backdrop, two statesmen emerge who understand the need for dialogue, they should be supported," Peskov said in response to a question from Channel One about whether it makes sense to continue supporting dialogue with Europe amid the negative reaction from EU countries to a phone call between Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
