No final agreement on meeting between Putin, Trump, Xi Jinping — Kremlin
According to Dmitry Peskov, the coordination process is still underway
MOSCOW, October 28. /TASS/. A trilateral meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin, US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping on the sidelines of the APEC summit in China could take place, as all three sides are potentially ready for it, but no final agreement has been reached, and no time has been agreed upon, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"There is a potential readiness on the part of all three countries to hold it. None of the countries has said it is not interested. Therefore, we proceed from the understanding that the meeting could take place. However, there is no final agreement yet, nor has a time been definitively agreed upon," the Kremlin spokesman told Izvestia.
According to Peskov, the coordination process is still underway. "Everything simply needs to be finalized," he explained.
