MOSCOW, October 25. /TASS/. European elites have lost their own traditions and culture and are no longer able to instill them in the migrants who have arrived in their countries, Russian President Vladimir Putin told Vesti reporter Pavel Zarubin.

"How can one introduce European traditions and customs into this environment when they themselves are dismantling their own traditions and customs," he said, adding that "nothing definitely reaches this environment of migrants and their children."

"Many have arrived and lived there for decades, yet they do not speak the language of the host country," Putin added.
