According to Alexander Lukashik, occasional contacts with Montenegrin representatives are maintained to resolve some urgent practical issues, including through law enforcement agencies
MOSCOW, October 23. /TASS/. The dialogue between Moscow and Podgorica is frozen, Russia’s ambassador to Montenegro Alexander Lukashik said in an interview with TASS.
"The pro-Western orientation of Montenegro’s foreign policy, its membership in NATO and the uncontested desire to keep up with the EU bureaucracy have led to an almost complete freezing of the Russian-Montenegrin dialogue," he said.
At the same time, as the ambassador clarified, "occasional contacts with Montenegrin representatives are maintained to resolve some urgent practical issues, including through law enforcement agencies.".
