NOVAYA GUTA /Belarus/, October 23. /TASS/. Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova has met with her Ukrainian counterpart Dmitry Lubinets on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border, a TASS correspondent reports.
The two ombudspersons met at a Belarusian border checkpoint to continue humanitarian dialogue between the two countries.
