VIENNA, October 22. /TASS/. The armed forces of Ukraine have almost completely paralyzed the movement of personnel to and from the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), the facility’s Director Yury Chernichuk said during an international video conference on Ukraine’s attempts to terrorize the Zaporozhye Region.
"The movement of personnel is virtually completely blocked, both from the outside, from the Novorossiya highway toward the city, and for employees, who work at the ZNPP and reside within the city limits or in neighboring settlements," he said.
"Their transit to and from work - elementary things - has become virtually impossible," Chernichuk added.
