MOSCOW, October 8. /TASS/. Freezing the Ukrainian conflict will not help resolve it, comprehensive measures are required, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said.

Russia is convinced that a settlement in Ukraine must be comprehensive, piecemeal measures will not suffice, the Kremlin spokesman explained.

"Let's put it this way: a temporary halt or a freeze won't help either," he emphasized.
