MOSCOW, October 7. /TASS/. The Russian government will consider a bill amending Health Ministry regulations to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, along with other items at its regular meeting.

The Cabinet will also review bills allowing residents of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic, the Zaporozhye, and Kherson regions to confirm military service periods for pensions, ensuring equal service calculation for police, fire, drug control, penitentiary, and National Guard personnel, and improving access to driving vehicles for citizens residing abroad.

Other agenda items include reimbursing airports for expenses during temporary flight restrictions, updating civil status records from foreign documents, creating engineering infrastructure for year-round resorts, and increasing digitalization in construction.
