The latest update on Ukraine delivered by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights at a meeting of the regular session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva caused little excitement, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik.
"Yet another UNHRC report on Ukraine at the HRC meeting in Geneva stirred little excitement. There’s fatigue [from the topic]," the Russian diplomat wrote on his Telegram channel, posting a video from the meeting.
