MOSCOW, September 28. /TASS/. Russian air defenses intercepted and destroyed 254 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones over Russian regions and the Black and Azov seas overnight, the Defense Ministry said.

"Between 8 p.m. Moscow time on September 27 and 8 a.m. on September 28 (5 p.m. - 5 a.m. GMT - TASS), alert air defense units intercepted and destroyed 254 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Smolensk, Kaluga, Tula, Kursk, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Tambov, Ryazan, Oryol, Saratov, Rostov, Moscow, and Krasnodar regions, as well as the Republic of Crimea, the Azov and Black seas," the ministry said.
