DONETSK, September 27. /TASS/. Kiev is taking "exhaustive measures" to complicate the reconstruction of settlements liberated from Ukrainian forces, head of the People’s Republic of Donetsk DPR Head Denis Pushilin told TASS.

"We see the adversary taking exhaustive measures to create as many difficulties as possible for us regarding the reconstruction of settlements," Pushilin said.

According to the regional head, the adversary is specifically hindering the installation of utility networks and life-support systems in the liberated territories.
