UNITED NATIONS, September 26. /TASS/. Russia and a range of EU and NATO countries have the confidential capacity to exchange opinions, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a news conference to sum up his participation in the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

"We have several channels of communication with a number of EU and NATO countries, and we have the confidential capacity, if you wish, to exchange opinions through bilateral channels," he stated.
