ST. PETERSBURG, September 25. /TASS/. Kiev started attacking Russian civilian infrastructure and should now feel the response, Russian President Vladimir Putin told reporters.

Kiev was the first to start delivering strikes against Russian refineries, Wildberries marketplace warehouses, and other noncombatant facilities.

"They started all that. They started for every position. What, is it a joke? Is that the child’s play? So they should feel these retaliatory Russian strikes," the head of state stressed.
