MOSCOW, September 25. /TASS/. Ukrainian security services did everything possible in attempts to intimidate residents of Donbass during the Russian State Duma elections, launching what Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova described as a campaign of terror against members of local polling station commissions.

"Donbass and Novorossiya became targets of terrorist attacks by neo-Banderites. For the first time, their residents were electing the parliament of their historical homeland, with which they had reunited nearly four years ago," Zakharova said.

"Ukrainian security services did everything possible to intimidate residents of these Russian regions, issuing public threats of persecution and unleashing terror against members of local polling station commissions," she emphasized.
