GENEVA, September 24. /TASS/. A report "Heirs of Goebbels: The Falsification of Events in Bucha and the Bloody Staged Performances of the Kiev Regime," prepared by the International Public Tribunal on Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis, will be circulated within the OSCE framework, Russia's Permanent Representative to the organization, Dmitry Polyansky has said.

He recalled that the report was presented in Moscow last week.

"We will circulate this report at the OSCE in the near future so that everyone should have the opportunity to read it and draw one’s own conclusions," he said during a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council. A transcript of his remarks is available to TASS.

As the diplomat noted, Russia is still being denied a list of those who, Kiev claims, died in Bucha, even though the Russian side has repeatedly asked the UN Secretary-General to help obtain it. Polyansky added that the report cites specific examples of how the names of military personnel, individuals who died elsewhere, and elderly citizens who succumbed to illness were placed on the Bucha memorial and are "now being described as civilians allegedly killed by Russia."
