UNITED NATIONS, September 23. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov began talks with Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Secretary-General Feridun Sinirlioglu.

The meeting is held behind closed doors at the UN Headquarters.

Earlier on Wednesday, Lavrov met with the US secretary of state and the foreign ministers of Cuba, Syria, and Egypt, as well as with the president of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly. He also had an informal meeting with foreign ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
