MOSCOW, September 22. /TASS/. Russian air defense systems shot down 17 Ukrainian drones over three regions and the Black Sea over the day, the Defense Ministry said.

"During the day, between 8:00 a.m. Moscow time (5:00 a.m. GMT) and 8:00 p.m. Moscow time (5:00 p.m. GMT), air defense forces on duty intercepted and destroyed 17 Ukrainian aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles over the territories of the Kursk and Belgorod regions, the Republic of Crimea, as well as over the Black Sea," it said in a statement.
