MOSCOW, September 21. /TASS/. The United Russia party is leading in the Duma election with 57.82% of the vote, with 90.45% of ballots counted, data from the Central Election Commission showed.

TASS has compiled the key information about the elections across the country.

State Duma election

- The United Russia party is ahead in the Duma election with 57.82% of the vote, with 90.45% of ballots counted, data from the Central Election Commission showed.

- According to preliminary data, the CPRF with 13.8%, the LDPR with 8.99% and New People with 7.96% are also set to enter the State Duma.

- A Just Russia has failed to clear the 5% threshold based on the vote count, receiving 4.96%.

Regional head elections

- Belgorod Region Acting Governor Alexander Shuvayev is winning in the election for regional head with 65.97% of the vote after 100% of ballots were processed, according to the CEC information center’s board.

- Bryansk Region Acting Governor Yegor Kovalchuk, nominated by the United Russia party, is garnering 68.69% of the vote in the regional election after 76.05% of ballots were processed.

- Tver Region Acting Governor Vitaly Korolev of the United Russia party received 69.69% of the vote in the regional election after more than 97% of ballots were processed.

- The head of the republic of Mordovia, Artem Zdunov, nominated by the United Russia party, garnered 77.97% of the vote in the regional election after more than 99% of ballots were processed.

- Incumbent Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, nominated by the United Russia party, is leading in the election with 99.85% of the vote in the regional election after 100% of ballots were processed.

- Incumbent Head of the Penza Region Oleg Melnichenko, nominated by the United Russia party, received 70.89% of the vote in the regional election after more than 100% of ballots were processed.

- Vladislav Khovalyg, nominated by the United Russia party, is ahead in the election with 90.95% of the vote for the head of the Republic of Tyva after 100% of ballots were processed.

- Incumbent Head of the Ulyanovsk Region Aleksey Russkikh, nominated by the CPRF, is leading in the election with 76.65% of the vote in the regional election after 97.04% of ballots were processed.

About elections

- During the Single Voting Day from September 18 to 20, elections were held for deputies of the ninth State Duma.

- For the first time, residents of the Donbass and Novorossiya regions took part in the elections.

- Ten parties were included in the candidate list for the federal election district: United Russia, the CPRF, the LDPR, New People, A Just Russia, the Russian Party of Pensioners for Social Justice, the Communists of Russia, Rodina, the Russian Environmental Party The Greens, and the Party of Direct Democracy.

- Elections to the legislative assemblies of 39 regions were also held, along with elections for the highest-ranking officials of Russian regions: direct elections in eight regions and elections by regional parliaments in three.

- About 23,000 mandates are to be filled overall.
