MOSCOW, September 18. /TASS/. The state arms program identifies air defense as a priority, because the improved system must be capable of repelling any aerospace attack, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting of the Military-Industrial Commission.

"Another key focus of the new state programs will be the improvement of the air defense system," he said. "It must ensure the destruction of any means of aerospace attack.".
