NEW DELHI, September 12. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin noted the friendly nature of relations between Moscow and Kuala Lumpur during a meeting with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in India.
"We highly value the strong and genuinely friendly relations between Russia and Malaysia," Putin said.
