MOSCOW, September 8. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will hold talks on Tuesday with his Saudi counterpart, Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, who has arrived in Moscow on a visit.

Ahead of the UN General Assembly, the sides are expected to reaffirm their positions on the inadmissibility of a return to escalation in the Persian Gulf region and discuss in detail the tasks of restoring freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz amid the ongoing US-Iran conflict.
