MOSCOW, September 5. /TASS/. No strikes on the Ukrainian capital have been carried out since midnight, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated at a meeting with American negotiators in the Kremlin.

"No strikes on Kiev have been carried out since last midnight," Putin noted.

"I issued corresponding orders, and from midnight today these strikes on Kiev were not carried out," Putin stated.
