MOSCOW, September 5. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump is continuing his efforts to contribute to the resolution of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized during a meeting with US Ukraine negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.

"I understand that overall, he [President Trump] is entering a difficult situation, but he is continuing his efforts to resolve and contribute to the resolution of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict," the Russian leader said.

Putin said that the discussion with the Americans will encompass all aspects of the conflict. "We are ready to inform you the way we see the situation," he added.
