MOSCOW, September 5. /TASS/. Kirill Dmitriev, Russian special presidential envoy for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries and director general of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), has arrived at Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport, a TASS correspondent reported.

A flight carrying US negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner is expected to land at Vnukovo shortly.
