MOSCOW, August 30. /TASS/. One cannot but see the impact of Russia’s attacks on the Ukrainian army’s infrastructure, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"We see quite systemic strikes. The impact can be seen with a naked eye," he told Vesti host Pavel Zarubin.

The Kremlin spokesman stressed that Russia is targeting only military facilities.
