Russian Ambassador to Israel Anatoly Viktorov highlighted that the Kiev regime brazenly violated all the norms of international law
TEL AVIV, August 24. /TASS/. The Ukrainian regime is fueling instability in the Middle East, Russian Ambassador to Israel Anatoly Viktorov said.
"Today, Ukraine has become one of the world’s largest exporters of instability. Kiev’s special services have their hands in many hotbeds of tension around the world, including in the Middle East. Ukrainian ‘touring agents’ are actively trying to share their expertise," he said in a commentary released by the embassy’s press service.
"The Kiev regime brazenly violates all the norms of international law, including the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism," he added.
