Rodion Miroshnik added that his working trip to Novorossiya confirmed information about attempts to blockade entire cities, complicate logistics, disrupt the delivery of food, priority goods and medicines, and the supply of energy and water
MELITOPOL, August 23. /TASS/. The Kiev regime has chosen the tactic of striking civilian infrastructure in Russia to exert political pressure on the leadership and individual regions, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador at Large on Kiev’s War Crimes Rodion Miroshnik told TASS.
Earlier, he said that Ukraine has stepped up attacks on civilian facilities in Donbass and Novorossiya since the beginning of May.
"As soon as high-tech weapons appear in the hands of the Ukrainian killers, they are immediately used against the civilian population to exert political pressure on the population and on the leadership of both the country and the regions," Miroshnik said after a working trip to the Zaporozhye Region.
He added that the working trip to Novorossiya confirmed information about the Kiev regime’s attempts to blockade entire cities, complicate logistics, disrupt the delivery of food, priority goods and medicines, and the supply of energy and water.
