MOSCOW, August 14. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow signed a consultation plan between the two countries’ foreign ministries for 2026-2028.

The signing ceremony took place before the two sides’ talks.

"Certainly, the consultation plan we have just signed for the next three years will make our foreign ministries’ relations more systematic and dynamic," Lavrov said.
