MOSCOW, August 13. /TASS/. The neo-Nazi Kiev regime poses a threat to the international community and is capable of carrying out false-flag terrorist operations, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in a statement on the Ukraine crisis.

"We emphasize that the neo-Nazi Kiev regime poses a threat to the international community. It has repeatedly shown that it can carry out terrorist and sabotage operations as well as false-flag provocations," the statement said.
