LUGANSK, August 13. /TASS/. Russian troops are advancing near the settlement of Ustinovka in the Kharkov Region along a 10-kilometer front and are mopping up the area, military expert Andrey Marochko said.

"As for Ustinovka in the Kharkov Region, our forces are advancing north and northwest of this settlement. A large section has been mopped up northeast of it. In general, our troops are advancing here along about a ten-kilometer front," he told TASS.

The expert told TASS earlier that Russian troops have advanced one kilometer north of Ustinovka.
