SEVASTOPOL, August 13. /TASS/. The city of Sevastopol has been cut off power supply due to a massive Ukrainian attack, the city’s governor Mikhail Razvozhayev said.

"Our military, aircraft, air defenses, and mobile fire groups are repelling a massive attack by Ukrainian troops. As a result of the enemy attack on our energy infrastructure, the city has been temporarily left without electricity," he wrote on messaging app Max.

According to the governor, specialists are assessing the damage and emergency services are in a state of high alert.
