MOSCOW, July 29. /TASS/. The Russian army is confidently advancing forward on the Dobropolye tactical direction, step by step bringing closer the day of the common victory over neo-Nazism, Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov has stated.

"Courageous and selfless warrior-guardsmen continue to fulfill their military duty to protect the people and our land from the enemy. Acting in a coordinated manner with brigade units, you are confidently advancing forward on the Dobropolye tactical direction, step by step bringing closer the day of our common victory over neo-Nazism," the minister said in a congratulatory telegram on the occasion of the liberation of the settlement of Svetloye in the Donetsk People's Republic by the personnel of the 5th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade.

The head of the Russian military department emphasized that the brigade follows combat traditions, defending the interests of our Motherland without sparing their lives, leaving the memory of their military feats for centuries.
