MOSCOW, July 28. /TASS/. All those involved in the attacks by Ukraine on passenger buses in Russian regions will bear responsibility, according to a commentary by Russian Foreign Ministry official representative Maria Zakharova.

The diplomat recalled that on the morning of July 28, in Shebekino, Belgorod region, Ukrainian neo-Nazis struck a regular bus with a drone. As a result, 19 civilians were injured, six of them seriously. In addition, an Ukrainian UAV attacked a passenger bus in Gorlovka, Donetsk People's Republic, injuring five people.

"The Kiev regime continues its attacks on civilian transport, with manic persistence seeking to take it out on peaceful citizens in revenge for its growing failures at the front," she added. "In both cases, the drone operators saw and understood that they were striking civilian objects that had no connection to the Russian military. The Ukrainian commanders who issued the criminal orders to attack passenger buses knowingly violated the norms of international humanitarian law."

According to Zakharova, the Russian Investigative Committee has opened criminal cases on terrorism charges. "All those involved in these attacks will bear responsibility - retribution is inevitable. We decisively condemn yet another outrage by the Kiev regime against the civilian population. We wish a speedy recovery to all those injured," the diplomat continued.

"We call on all responsible members of the international community, including relevant international structures and independent media, to respond publicly and unequivocally to the bloody actions of Ukraine. Concealing Kiev's crimes will be regarded as incitement to terrorism and connivance with violations of international humanitarian law in the conflict," she concluded.
