OMSK, July 25. /TASS/. Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said Kiev’s attacks on infrastructure in the Black Sea and Azov Sea areas, including on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, are of terrorist nature.

"What they are doing in the Black Sea, what they are doing in the Sea of Azov are terror attacks, acts of international terrorism which potentially are extremely dangerous," he said.
