MOSCOW, July 13. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has conferred citizenship on Martina Staemmler-Gerusel, a German horse trainer specializing in draft horses, according to a decree published on the legal acts portal.

"Karin Martina Staemmler-Gerusel, formerly Staemmler, born on March 26, 1970, in Germany," the document reads.

Earlier, the horse trainer took part in the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival, where she performed with Vladimir heavy draft horses.
